Capture your loved one's priceless stories.
Their story, in their own words, in their own home. Finished as a professional documentary.
We send a recording kit to your door, guide your family through three short conversations, and professionally edit the videos, photos and stories into a personal documentary, without the cost of a film crew.
“The real heirloom is not in the china cabinet. It is in the stories.”

Order your kit
Pick the Basic or Couples kit. It ships to their door and it's theirs to keep.
Watch the coaching videos
Short videos on setting up, asking good questions and sending your files. They unlock with your order.
Record three sessions
About 45 minutes each. Shorter sittings keep the energy up and the stories fresh.
Upload everything
Recordings, photos and a short information sheet, all on one simple page.
We edit it together
Voice, photos and music cut into one documentary. We make the editing calls, so there are no revision rounds.
Watch and share
Delivered in high, low and vertical formats on a private link or password-protected page.
Why it's affordable
No videographer travels to you and no professional interviewer bills a day rate. You do the recording at home and we do the editing. That is how a professionally edited documentary costs a fraction of what a film crew charges.
Why the stories are often better
Your family asks the questions, in their own kitchen, in their own time. People tend to relax and open up with someone they already trust.
